Here's my 529 World record Bench in WABDL the most ever done by a drug free 60 year PLUS Lifter..the 3rd lift shows a long pause and a good recovery at the top...the other things on here are animations I drew-voiced-invented with various softs like ZBrush and Amorphium. they are 'left field' funny !--oh yeah there is an IPF style bench on here '11th in !'
