Obito Uchiha - the man who gave Kakshi his Sharingan. Obito was crushed by Stone ninja,his entire right half anyway. He gave Kakashi his Sharingan as a gift when he was crushed,and as a present for graduating to Jounin level. Obito was part of old Team7. Kakshi had already lost his own left eye in a battle,trying to use Chidori without his Sharingan. That's when the 4th Hokage forbid him to use it. After getting the Sharingan from Obito,Kakashi resumed use of it. Kakashi's scar comes from losing his eye.
