Putfile.com is a media hosting website and wapsite where user uploads are accepted only under the the following Terms Of Service ("TOS"). By uploading to Putfile, users agree to accept these terms.
1) Pornography, nudity, sexual explicit images, gruesome images, images of death or abuse, and similarly offensive images are prohibited. Putfile reserves the right to decide appropriate content, and will delete images or entire albums at any time without prior notice. Putfile.com will cooperate with all legal authorities if an investigation should arise concerning material users have uploaded. Links to such content are also forbidden.
2) A link back to http://www.putfile.com must be placed on any site that where users embed images. Link code is provided at the bottom of users file upload history.
3) Putfile reserves the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
4) Users of Putfile must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images and files that users upload and which violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If an infringement claim is made against a user, they will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute concerning material uploaded by a user then Putfile is under no obligation to become involved.
5) By uploading an image, video or other file to Putfile.com, users give permission for the owners of Putfile to publish any such files through any associated media channel or party. Users upload files to Putfile on condition that they release all rights to the image, and give full permission to Putfile and its associates to use and publish the image in any way they wish. No compensation will be payable for the uploaded file being used in any such way.
6) Putfile.com makes no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images. As a user of Putfile.com, you agree that Putfile is not liable for your images or any lost business due to the temporary unavailability or permanent closure of the website.
7) By registering you agree to receive email updates about our service. We will not sell your email address to any third parties or send you information about unrelated products or services. We may email you with updates to our service and or new features. Since Putfile has been online in over two years there have been less than 3 of these such emails. To stop receiving emails please terminate your account by opening a support ticket with your request. Don't worry, we hate spam as much as you do.
8) Putfile reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without prior notice to its users.
