Welcome to my world of Parkour. This page will illustrate my journey as a Traceur, which began on the 7th of June 2006. I train by myself and with my fellow Traceurs of Glasgow Parkour.
The clips here will show a progression, as I continue to learn and train hard. Thank you for taking the time to look.
Recently accomplished
Accomplished Goals:
* 12 Muscle ups in a row
* Kong to lower precision
* Kong to level precision
* Scary Cat at Rottenrow
* Improved balance (with hand clasp behind back)
* Diagonal bollard Precision at Adam Smith
* Rail precision
Targets:
* 15 muscle ups in a row.
* Improve/tidy my wall climbs.
* Split foot kong to precision.
* 30 pull ups or 30 chin ups in a row.
* Executing Level Kongs.
* The big scary cat at the church.
* Improve fitness, strength, balance & fluidity.
* Kong to rail Precision
* Improve my handstands.
Well I think that is enough for me to work on throughout this summer. as i need to train train train. And when my body is burning acid, i need to train even more!
